Your ring is made to order in our South African workshop. Crafting takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. You will receive progress photos along the way and a tracking number once your ring is dispatched.
Shipping is free anywhere in South Africa, sent fully insured via courier with signature on delivery.
Because every ring is made to order to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed rings. If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Lifetime stone warranty. Every lab diamond carries a lifetime warranty against optical defects.
12-month manufacturing warranty. Setting integrity and metal craftsmanship are covered for 12 months from delivery.
Free first resizing. The first resizing is free within twelve months of purchase.
Lab diamonds are rated 10 on the Mohs scale and designed for everyday wear. Clean weekly with warm water, a drop of dish soap, and a soft toothbrush. Avoid chlorinated water, lotions, and abrasive materials.

Your order enters our production queue. Our team reviews your selections and prepares the design blueprint specific to your ring.
Stone Selection
We hand-select your IGI certified lab diamond from our inventory, matching the carat, cut, and colour grade you specified.
Metal Casting
Your ring is cast in 9ct gold in the metal colour you selected. The raw structure is shaped, refined, and checked for proportion.
Stone Setting
Our stone setters place your lab diamond and any accent stones by hand, securing each one for brilliance, alignment, and durability.
Polish & Finish
Multiple polishing stages bring the metal to a high-mirror finish. Every surface is inspected under magnification before the next stage.
Final Inspection & Dispatch
Your ring is photographed, inspected, packaged with your IGI certificate, and dispatched fully insured with tracking.
