Shipping Policy - Moissanite Engagement Rings SA

At Moissanite Engagement Rings SA, we take care of every order from the moment it leaves our workshop to the moment it arrives at your door.

1. Order Processing

All rings are made to order. Standard processing time is 4 to 6 weeks after payment confirmation. Complex or custom designs may take longer depending on the work involved. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

2. Delivery Within South Africa

We offer free delivery on all orders within South Africa. Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. All parcels are sent via trusted couriers and require a signature on delivery.

3. International Shipping

International shipping is available at a flat rate of R1500. Delivery takes 10 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send your tracking details via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real time.

5. Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or goes missing, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacements or refunds where appropriate.
