There is no pressure and no follow-up calls. When you are ready to proceed, we move to design, produce a 3D render for your approval, and only then ask for a deposit.

No. Most of our clients come to us with a general idea at best. We will ask questions and share examples until something clicks. If you have nothing at all, just tell us your budget and occasion and we will take it from there.

No. All consultations are free, whether by email, phone, or WhatsApp. There is no deposit until you have approved the design and are ready to proceed.

We respond to all emails and form submissions within one business day. We do not use automated replies so when you hear from us, it is a real person who has read your enquiry in full.

Yes and we handle this regularly. We will not send marketing emails to your shared devices and will keep all communication discreet. Just let us know when you make contact and we will be careful.

Yes, and most of our clients do it exactly this way. Consultation, design approval, and payment all happen over WhatsApp, video call, or email, wherever you are in South Africa. The only thing that happens in person is the courier delivering the finished ring to your door.

Yes. Heirloom redesigns are one of the most common requests we get. Bring us a family stone or an existing ring, tell us what you would like to change, and we will design a new setting around it. Mention this when you first reach out so we can ask the right questions early.

Yes. Most engagement ring enquiries start without a confirmed size. We can order size N, the South African average, and resize afterward, or help you work out her size discreetly. Your first resize is free within twelve months. See our ring size guide for practical ways to find out without asking directly.
