Every ring we make starts with a conversation. There is no pressure, no deposit until you are ready, and no ring leaves our workshop until it has been approved by you at every stage. Here is exactly how the process works from start to finish.
How your ring is made
From your first message to the moment you open the box, here is exactly what happens at each stage of the process.
The first conversation
You reach out by WhatsApp, email, or through the website. We ask a few simple questions: what shape stone speaks to you, what metal you prefer, whether there is a budget you want to work within, and when you need the ring by. There is no pressure to know the answers. Most people do not.
We share examples, walk through options, and help you narrow the field. If you are buying as a surprise, we keep everything quiet and discreet, with no marketing emails or unexpected calls.
Design and price
Once we know what you are leaning towards, we put together a clear quote and design plan. You will see the stone shape and size, the metal, the setting, and the total price. No hidden costs and no surprise add-ons. If you want to compare options, like a 1ct moissanite solitaire against a 1.5ct lab diamond hidden halo, we will quote both side by side.
You take the time you need to decide. We do not chase.
Ring size and 3D preview
Once the design is locked in, we help you confirm her exact size before we set the stone. We walk you through how to measure at home, and if the fit is not perfect on arrival, your first resize is free. For custom and bespoke pieces, we also send a 3D render of the final ring so you can approve every angle before we cast. This is the stage where small changes are easy.
A slightly thinner band, a higher prong setting, a different metal mix. Once you approve the render, we move into production.
Craft and set
Your ring is cast, hand-finished, and set in our South African workshop. The whole process takes four to six weeks from order confirmation. We send you progress photos along the way so you can see your ring come to life.
Every stone is hand-set under magnification. Every prong is hand-polished. Every band is weighed and stamped. Nothing leaves the workshop until our master jeweller signs it off.
Quality check and certification
Before your ring is dispatched, it goes through a final inspection. Stone security, prong placement, metal finish, hallmarking, and weight are all checked against the original design brief.
The grading certificate from GRA, IGI, or GIA is paired with your ring. You receive your ring in our presentation box, with the certificate, a cleaning cloth, and a care guide. Everything you need is in the box on day one.
Delivery and aftercare
Your ring is shipped fully insured via courier with signature on delivery. Shipping inside South Africa is free. We send you the tracking number the moment it leaves the workshop.
After delivery, your ring is covered by a lifetime stone warranty, a 12-month manufacturing warranty, and your first resizing is free within twelve months. Beyond that, repairs are quoted at cost of materials and labour with no markup.
Every stone certified
We do not grade our own stones. Every moissanite and lab diamond we set is certified by an independent gemological laboratory, with the full grading report supplied with your ring.
GRA
Every moissanite we set is GRA certified, with a full report covering colour, clarity, cut, and weight. The report number is laser-inscribed on the stone for traceability.
IGI
Our lab diamonds carry IGI certification by default, with full 4Cs grading and a unique report number. IGI is one of the most trusted gemological laboratories in the world.
GIA
For higher-value lab diamonds we offer GIA certification on request. GIA is the gold standard of diamond grading and is widely recognised by insurers and valuers worldwide.

Lifetime Stone Warranty
Every moissanite and lab diamond we set carries a lifetime warranty against optical defects. The stone will not cloud, discolour, or lose its brilliance over time. If it ever does, we replace it.
12-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Setting integrity, prong wear, pave security, and metal craftsmanship are covered for twelve months from the day your ring is delivered. Anything that fails due to how the ring was made is repaired free of charge.
Free First Resizing
The first resizing is free within twelve months of purchase. If the fit is not right when your ring arrives, we resize it once at no cost, so you can order with confidence.
Repairs at Cost Beyond 12 Months
After the manufacturing warranty period, any work needed is charged at the cost of materials and labour with no markup. Wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered, but we will always quote fairly.
