Where We Deliver in South Africa
We work from a single South African workshop rather than a chain of showrooms, and deliver free, fully insured, to every province. There is no city where you pay more, and no city where you wait longer. Below are the areas we are asked about most, each with local delivery detail, pricing comparisons, and answers to the questions couples in that region actually ask.
Gauteng
Johannesburg covers Rosebank, Parkhurst, Fourways, Bryanston, Randburg and Midrand. Sandton covers Sandton CBD, Morningside, Rivonia and Hyde Park. Pretoria and Centurion cover the north, including Waterkloof, Menlyn, Brooklyn and the Centurion corridor.
Western Cape
Cape Town covers the Atlantic Seaboard, City Bowl and Southern Suburbs. Stellenbosch and Paarl cover the Cape Winelands. George covers the Garden Route from Mossel Bay through to Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.
KwaZulu-Natal
Durban covers the city, Umhlanga, Ballito, Westville and the greater eThekwini area.
Eastern Cape
Gqeberha, formerly Port Elizabeth and East London cover the coastal Eastern Cape.
Free State, Northern Cape, Limpopo and Mpumalanga
Bloemfontein serves the Free State, Kimberley the Northern Cape, Polokwane Limpopo, and Nelspruit and Mbombela Mpumalanga, including White River, Hazyview and Barberton.

We deliver everywhere in South Africa, not only to the areas above. Those pages exist because they are asked about most often, not because they are the only places we ship. If your town is not listed, ordering works exactly the same way and costs exactly the same: free, insured, tracked, signature on delivery.
How it works wherever you are
Every ring is designed remotely. We consult over WhatsApp or video call, send a complimentary ring sizer to your address, and share a 3D render for custom pieces so you approve the exact ring before we cast anything. Production takes four to six weeks, then delivery follows within one to three business days. Our process page covers each stage in detail.
Start with engagement rings, narrow to moissanite from R13,995 or lab grown diamond from R24,995, or read the buying guide if you are at the start of this. We also make wedding rings and men's wedding rings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge more for delivery outside the major cities?
No. Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa, whether you are in Sandton or a small town in the Karoo. There is no surcharge for distance.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
No. We work from one workshop and design everything remotely by WhatsApp and video call. That is precisely why our prices sit below retail jewellers for an equivalent certified stone.
How long does delivery take to my area?
Production takes four to six weeks after you approve the design. Courier delivery then takes one to three business days anywhere in South Africa, tracked and requiring a signature.
Can I order from outside South Africa?
Yes. International shipping is a flat R1,500 with delivery in 10 to 12 business days. Message us with your destination first so we can confirm courier restrictions for fine jewellery to your address. See our shipping page.
