Men's gold wedding rings

Men's tungsten rings

The largest part of the range and the most practical choice for most men. Tungsten sits between 8 and 9 on the Mohs scale, harder than steel, titanium, or gold, which means it keeps its finish through years of daily wear rather than picking up the fine scratches that dull a gold band within months. Damascus steel

Forge-welded layers of steel, acid-etched to reveal a flowing grain pattern unique to every ring. Suits men who want visible character rather than a uniform finish. See damascus steel rings.

Meteorite

Inlaid with genuine Gibeon meteorite, carrying a crystalline structure that only forms through extremely slow cooling in space and cannot be manufactured. The most distinctive option in the range. See meteorite rings.

Gold, or tungsten, damascus, and meteorite: the real difference

It comes down to one thing more than any other: can it be resized. Men's gold wedding rings can, in the usual way, with your first resize free within twelve months. Tungsten, damascus, and meteorite men's wedding rings cannot be resized at all, since none of those materials can be cut and reshaped the way gold can. If your weight or finger size might change over the years, or you are simply not certain of your size yet, gold is the safer choice. If maximum scratch resistance and immediate dispatch matter more, tungsten is.

Sizing: read this before ordering

All men's wedding rings in this range have a comfort fit interior, meaning the inside of the band is gently domed rather than flat. Comfort fit tends to feel slightly looser than a standard band, so if you are between sizes, order the smaller one. Buying both rings together

If you are buying as a couple, our women's wedding rings are made to order in 9ct and 18ct gold with moissanite or lab grown diamonds, and can be designed to complement an engagement ring. Message us if you want help pairing two rings, since tungsten, damascus, and meteorite ship immediately while hers takes four to six weeks to make, and men's gold wedding rings sit in between at 5 to 7 working days.

Can a tungsten ring be resized?

No. Tungsten carbide is far too hard to cut and reshape. The same applies to damascus and meteorite. If resizing matters to you, choose a men's gold wedding ring instead, which can be resized in the usual way.

Yes. As solid 9ct gold, it can be resized in the usual way, with your first resize free within twelve months of delivery.

Will tungsten scratch?

Very little. At 8 to 9 on the Mohs scale it resists the everyday scuffs that dull gold. Rings with plating or inlay work need a little more care, since the surface treatment can wear even though the tungsten beneath will not.

What warranty do these rings carry?
